Ride controllers are now able to register for a free SMS alerts service to receive messages telling them when their ride’s DOC is due to expire.
Once registered ride controllers will receive text messages:
- 5 weeks before the DOC expires (reminds them they can renew their DOC 1 month before it expires.
- The day before the DOC expires
